Germantown Board of Mayor and Aldermen hopes to ‘streamline’ its 2019 meetings

With meetings this year lasting nearly two hours, the Germantown Board of Mayor and Aldermen hopes to shorten its meetings in 2019 by reducing the amount of time alderman are allowed to speak.
