Olive Branch sees police retention rate soar

Local, national law enforcement struggle with retention, retirement

A year after William Cox became police chief, it appears his strategies for keeping polices officers from leaving are successful. Olive Branch has achieved a higher rate of retaining officers than nearly all of its sister cities.
